Purchasing

The photographs illustrating the products presented reproduce them as faithfully as possible, but are of no contractual value. The customer is advised to view the description of each product to satisfy him/herself as to its basic characteristics. Once your order has been confirmed via email and payment processed, your items will be shipped. Orders are usually processed within 1-5 working days of receiving your order. We will make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. The prices are indicated in British Pound Stirling.

 International Orders may be subject to customs fees and duties by the destination country. We do not control or oversee fees or duties and cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. GALLIANO is not responsible for return  shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.

Returns

Apparel & Accessories You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date your order is received. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

All edition releases are considered FINAL SALE. No returns are accepted on any final sale items, except where flaws in workmanship are found. If you receive a damaged item you have 5 days from
